最近經常食日本、韓國菜,想轉下口味試吓啲新嘢,於是我同朋友就去咗大埔呢間專門食西班牙菜嘅餐廳。餐廳設計呢非常之有特色,而且座位亦都非常足夠,唔使排隊都可以即刻入去。而且餐廳係採用電子餐牌,減少接觸性傳染風險,防疫措施做得非常足夠。我同朋友當然點咗餐廳嘅招牌菜西班牙炒飯,有蝦、魷魚、青口、蜆,配料非常足夠,而且飯粒粒亦都唔會太乾太硬啦,食落去呢啱啱好,非常值得推介大家試吓。生菜配烤牛肉,牛肉非常滑再配埋生菜,清爽而唔理油膩。特色烤乳豬,乳豬嘅外皮係非常之脆,而且唔係太過口,所以食落去呢淡淡都卜卜脆。二乳豬嘅肉質呢亦都非常鮮味,唔會太硬亦都唔會太爛呀。配醬方面一個係鹹嘅醬,另一個呢係酸甜嘅醬汁,有兩種唔同既感覺。
