今日嚟灣仔做嘢,收工唔想煮飯,打算喺附近買埋外賣先返屋企。有人話想食泰菜,上網 Search 到石水渠街有間「新嚐泰泰國餐廳」,據說店舖係由泰籍廚師主理,水準穩定,而且菜式繁多,一於試下。餐廳嘅設計好有特色,以色彩繽紛嘅彩繪牆及繩製吊燈作點綴,配上胡桃木色桌子同室內嘅擺設,裝潢充滿泰國風情!點咗三個餸,另外再加咗炒飯同炒粉,全部都即點即做,拎到返屋企仍然熱辣辣。曼谷海南雞 ($98),估唔到半隻嘅份量都唔少,雞皮油亮滑潤,肉身緊實鮮美,雞味亦很濃郁,加上已全部去骨,非常方便享用,配上泰式醬汁,味道超正!滷汁軟皮豬手 ($88)  豬手滷得好入味,肉質軟硬適中,有口感得嚟又唔會太稔,滷汁味道亦啱啱好,不太鹹,連皮食,啖啖骨膠原,味道一流。泰式燒豬頸肉 ($95)  呢個真係必叫!豬頸肉燒到好香又唔燶,外皮少少焦脆,肉質肥瘦均勻,爽口帶稔滑,蘸點醬汁食,更添滋味。乾炒海鮮肥粉 ($92)  呢個肥粉堅多料,有大蝦、青口、魷魚同芥蘭等。肥粉炒得好香口,外表晶瑩剔透,入口爽滑有韌勁,油而不膩,非常美味。另外盒菠蘿海鮮炒飯 ($108) 用料亦唔手軟,海鮮份量十足,大蝦爽彈、魷魚鮮甜。米飯炒得夠

另外盒菠蘿海鮮炒飯 ($108) 用料亦唔手軟,海鮮份量十足,大蝦爽彈、魷魚鮮甜。米飯炒得夠乾身,粒粒分明。燒過的菠蘿特別甜美多汁,加上肉鬆同腰果,口感超豐富。
