經常聽人講手工菜,今晚終於嚐到,滋味無窮!屋企人喜愛杯中物,餐廳又免收開瓶費,於是訂枱時預先訂下能配紅酒的菜式,首選炸元蹄,八寶鴨。紅燒元蹄經常吃得到,炸元蹄真的要一試!還有乞衣雞,看見造型已經覺得會氹小朋友,於是訂了一隻。用餐當日還點了三道前菜,黃金蝦,兩道蔬菜,蟹粉小籠包及拔絲蘋果香蕉!三道主打手工菜果然不負眾望,炸元蹄肉質鬆軟綿密,肥肉部份香甜可口,不油不膩,皮脆就不用說,連不吃肥肉的女朋友都忍不住大口吃!八寶鴨工序繁複,最美味的就是內部所藏,一切開,香氣四溢,一口飯,美味絶頂!至於乞衣雞,單單讓小朋友拿著小搥子敲打,已經為餐桌加分了!難得是荷葉裹著,讓荷香滲透雞隻,滋味!一行十人,每位四百,用餐後忍不住向各群組推介!
