我去咗間越南餐廳在筲箕灣,真係有種身在越南既感覺喎!牆上掛滿咗越南傳統藝術畫作,令人仿佛置身於越南嘅街頭巷尾。真係好有越南特色啊!首先係炭燒原條魷魚筒整得好香,真係食慾大增!一咬入口,啲魷魚筒香脆多汁,個炭燒味道滲入魷魚肉度,好濃郁呀!真係令人回味無窮。再嚟就係墨魚餅,佢個外皮金黃酥脆,慢慢咬落去,啲墨魚汁同埋魚肉香氣爆發!口感就好彈牙,好滑嫩,真係可以感受到每一口都充滿咗魚肉嘅鮮味。然後就係生牛肉湯河粉。呢個湯底真係越南風味十足,好鮮甜,帶有淡淡嘅牛肉香氣。湯河粉本身軟綿綿,配埋啲嫩滑嘅生牛肉,喺嘴裡慢慢融化,夠味又唔會太膩,真係好開胃!最後,炭燒豬扒配扎肉撈檬。豬扒炭燒得好香,啲肉質嫩滑多汁,配搭埋扎肉撈檬,味道更加豐富。扎肉撈檬嘅酸爽味道同炭燒豬扒嘅燒味真係絕配!
