To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第二次食，一樣好出色！一入到舖頭已經聞到超香羊味🐑全部都係好地道既東北蒙古菜，有辣有唔辣，有滋補養生唔知幾時開始仲做埋串燒，中意食羊既真係唔好錯過啊🐑🐑✨羊肉餃子可以選湯、煎或蒸，今次試左煎！餃子咬落去超多肉汁，騷得來又唔油膩，調味唔會太重，夠香脆～✨雞中翼、羊肉串燒得好乾身香脆，孜然味十足～✨砂鍋羊肉米線有羊肉都只係$58，勁抵‼️羊肉冧身，湯底清甜唔羶，配菜有：白蘿匐、豆卜、雲耳獨家粗糯米粉幾特別，外型似烏冬好滑溜，咬落去煙煙韌韌✨牛大力土伏苓燉雞湯最中意呢道湯👍🏻有藥材味但唔會太重，牛大力土茯苓袪濕健脾胃，夠滋補！加左桂圓雞肉，一盅好足料好清甜～✨蒜泥白肉呢個價錢，份量比得真心多！蒜蓉再多啲就更好，比一般蒜泥白肉少紅油，配埋啲青瓜同埋芹菜一齊伴，清爽唔油膩
