To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於elements二樓樓面鋪位闊綽，環境坐得舒適推薦滑蛋吉列豬扒set，好開心非常之豐富，有漬物，沙律，炒雜菌，刺身三種，白貝麵豉湯，茶碗蒸仲有杏仁豆腐配搭成set御膳。雖然價錢偏貴，但豬扒汁真係非常之好味🤤。豬扒皮脆內軟，多汁。滑蛋配有shitake蘑菇做base。食完成set非常飽肚。十勝牛肉味道正常，沒有特別，都沒有set。同平時食開的和風味接近，但酒味偏重少少，牛肉稍微厚切啲。什錦天婦羅有長腳蟹一條，魚一件，蝦天婦羅兩件，蘆筍兩條，甜薯一塊。炸得焦脆，蝦和魚的口感非常嫩滑。成set口感同味道都幾好，但價錢偏貴。
