To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日早收工，5:30到鑽石山，見人流少無人爭位，就入左丼丼屋食久違了的吉列豬扒飯，對上一次喺一年前樂富分店度食記憶中舊豬扒又大塊又淋。今次價錢都冇睇就直接要咗，滿懷希望等左10幾分鐘，上到來有少少失望，因為賣相真係一般。前菜同個湯冇咩好講，味道正常一般貨色，吉列豬厚切，味道吾錯，但慘在質地硬，厚加硬，真係食果個都有d難度🤦🏻‍♂️到滑蛋飯，味道正常，但一路食一路出水🤦🏻‍♂️。到刺身賣相幾好，睇落新鮮食落都好味，但係條蝦腸仲有舊吏，吏呀！喂！🤦🏻‍♂️各位食果時自己小心。
