To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日係灣仔行街唔知食咩好,一search發現呢間開店無耐人氣一時無兩嘅本地冰室,決定一試。中午時分好多上班一族係度等位,不過食客大部分都快來快去,坐低飯送到即刻送入口,好快賣單,總括黎講唔算要等好耐位。店舖細細間座位唔多,但勝在乾淨整潔。小編點左個招牌滑蛋叉燒甜豉油飯,送到黎都幾大碟,一定夠飽,食入口個甜豉油令人停唔到口,加上滑蛋叉燒呢個令人難以抗拒嘅配搭,三扒兩撥就食完。其中,個秘製甜豉油迷到唔少食客,唔怪得佢開業無耐就客似雲來。
