期待已久嘅steak omakase之夜終於到啦!餐廳好有格調,卡位好闊坐得舒服,很適合慢慢傾計嘆美食~ Steak Omakase Selected Cuts 每位$380,有韓式前菜、生菜包、韓式蒸蛋、朝鮮小品、韓國精選同甜品,非常豐富。韓式前菜已經令我們好興奮,兩個人有五款前菜咁多(包括茄子、泡菜、芽菜、魚仔、蓮藕),重點係任你refill~ 茄子、泡菜、芽菜、魚仔都好好味,我地對茄子更加情有獨鍾,refill左三次咁多~我遮到所以missed 左,係餐廳用貓咪機械人幫手送韓式前菜,都幾cute~每兩位可以從六款朝鮮小品(包括白切肉、韓式豬手、Burrata、和牛他他、吞拿魚他他及全蛋紫菜包飯)中揀一款。係香港好少食他他因為怕貨源同處理唔衛生,既然一場嚟到,餐廳感覺都好整潔而且頗多review都推介和牛他他,所以我地最後都決定試試。估唔到正到想encore~ 牛肉同雞蛋攪拌後提升左牛肉嘅口感,紫菜包住滑嫩嘅和牛他他,豐富嘅層次感同鮮味同時爆發~韓式蒸蛋最好趁熱食,放左陣漲卜卜嘅蛋dur左皮賣相冇咁靚。蒸蛋唔算太滑溜但好足料,有蟹柳、蟹籽、冬菇等提鮮。萬眾期待嘅牛肉拼盤嚟啦~擺盤好

萬眾期待嘅牛肉拼盤嚟啦~擺盤好decent,有熟成醬油牛肋骨、和牛羽下肉、是日熟成牛肉及韓國五花肉。Weekdays dinner都幾full所以等左好一陣先安排到侍應兼燒肉專員幫我地燒,全程都唔洗自己郁,淨係負責食Haha!

和牛羽下肉取自近肋骨嘅位置,油脂滿滿入口香軟。熟成醬油牛肋骨牛味較重。五花肉烤得香脆爽口,夾生菜包一流!最愛熟成醬油牛肋骨,醃得入味而juicy~ 仲有菇同韓式年糕添!

食埋甜品蜂蜜雪糕真係飽到唔想郁,但超滿足!牛、韓式前菜、朝鮮小品均好高質,環境服務一流,最欣賞有侍應幫忙燒肉,整個experience好pleasant同舒服,晚市嚟講性價比極高,真心推介!I’ll be back~
