難得復活節假期,梗係同老公開開心心出去食餐飯啦!今日揀咗位於iSquare 28樓嘅「割烹 櫓杏 」我哋book咗12點食lunch , 入到餐廳𥚃面,環境十分清靜與優雅,枱與枱之間嘅距離分得好開,十分注重客人嘅私隱。而且餐廳安排左一個靠窗嘅梳化位俾我哋,可以望住個海景,視覺上十分享受! 欣賞完咁靚嘅海景之後,我再細看餐牌,原來選擇好多,最尾我選擇咗一個三色丼。大概等咗5分鐘就上菜了。三色丼,顧名思義就係有三碗飯,三碗飯分別係角切魚生飯、蔥吞拿魚腩飯同埋鰻魚飯。角切魚生飯裏面有油甘魚、金目鯛、三文魚子、吞拿魚、深海池魚五款魚生,十分豐富。魚生都好新鮮,加上切粒,撈埋D飯好有囗感吖蔥拿魚腩飯加入咗蔥白、黃蘿蔔碎,味道鮮甜爽囗,齒頰留香。鰻魚飯裏面的鰻魚燒得十分香脆,而且鰻魚夠晒肥美。再配上鰻魚汁,十分好送飯。而且服務態度10分好,值得再次光臨!
