大滾友係火鍋界都有名氣，尤其佢碟碟都大大份好豪氣，今次同朋友兩人去荃灣這分店試試，果然一嚟既花膠半隻雞鍋底，又係花膠多到食吾哂，個湯底再浸埋雞後，好飲過出面既燉湯呢🫕🐥自助撈醬既九宮格盤亦很精緻，主打既細牛肉拼盤，6款牛肉全部肉質濃厚，爽而不韌。再嚟伴乾冰上碟既伊比利亞橡果豬片亦很香甜🐷🐮食完兩款肉就嚟份大滾友雜菜拼盤，隨時有8款菜蔬在內好豐富，菜也食夠後就叫了份鵝肝墨魚汁丸，一睇就知自家手打好彈牙，飲品則叫了竹蔗茅根一渣，個壺也夠哂氣派🫕🫖最後見幾枱也點的火焰焦糖豆腐花，我們又試試吧，火焰的確很猛烈，而豆腐花也食到我們飽著走了🔥💖
