🐟涼拌小食: 鱈魚子又叫白子,白雪雪個樣好似腦袋嘅物體,其實入口即溶,非常鮮味,以傳統昆布同酸汁等配搭一齊食,香味濃郁!

🍣金目鯛:面層嘅烏魚籽粉有畫龍點睛之效,令肉質細膩嘅金目鯛提升左鮮美!
🦐昆布漬甜蝦:肥美鮮甜嘅甜蝦,配埋頂層昆布蝦籽,十分好味!

🍣赤目魚:火炙魚皮邊,迫出皮下脂肪,令魚肉更甘香,配竹炭鹽口感特別!
🍣中拖羅及大拖羅:呈偏粉紅色嘅中拖羅色澤亮麗,脂肪比赤身高小小,食落冇根,軟綿細滑超好食!大拖羅微熏焦香魚嘅表面,逼出肥美天然魚油油脂!難怪油脂甘香無比!完全係入口即溶!
