香港人中意食日本野人所共知,所以日本餐廳開到成行成市,包括魚生丼。可惜良莠不齊,好難遇到質素好嘅鋪頭。難得今日遇到滿意嘅又抵食,名叫「豊勝手丼」。午市套餐包括味增湯同埋前菜。湯熱辣辣,鹹中帶甜,十分順口。沙律嘅蔬菜幾新鮮,三色椒尤其爽甜。季節魚廚師發辦 (258元)廚師發辦最啱我呢類有選擇困難症嘅懶人,有人幫我決定好曬,唔洗諗而且樣樣都有啲!有三文魚、油甘魚腩、真鯛、蟹肉、鮑魚同埋軟滑甘甜嘅北海道海膽,豐富到極!所有魚類都係厚切,口感十足,特別喜愛肉厚滑嫩嘅油甘魚腩。馥の丼 (238元)估唔到原來黑松露同埋半熟嘅帶子刺身原來味道咁夾。帶子大大片而且片數多,推介中意帶子嘅朋友一試!完熟白桃梳打 (36元)最後來一樽果味香甜嘅汽水,滿足!
