The Tai Pan@The Murray🥖Bread basket一坐低,侍應就準備左各式各樣既麵包比我地, 自問自己都幾鍾意食麵包,但而度既麵包真係「唔太識欣賞」🙈🙈無味之餘又硬身,吞到吞唔落😓如果話係都要揀一款,我會揀兩款脆片,起碼咬到!Appetizers🥗Pan Seared Foie Gras食「完」啲包,同友人靜靜雞講:「洗唔洗夜啲食第2場,好似伏伏地」😱好彩,啲鵝肝拎番啲分👍🏻啲Foie Gras煎得非常到位,廚師控制火候岩岩好,外脆內juicy !但最加分既係配上中間既果醬,油膩感即刻消除唔少,仲有少少fresh既味道,可能係我食過咁多間餐廳鵝肝黎講,而度暫時排第1位🤤仲有,鵝肝既份量都唔細,一碟兩件,大大件,同友人total食左4件😂😂(我同友人係鵝肝迷🙈)Main Course🥩SP Iced Austral Ian ‘Black Onxy’ Beef 我地叫左五成熟,一上碟個陣,內心又開始有野諗「點解望落去好似好生咁,會唔會食到血水嫁😱」好彩,切落去同埋食落去就岩岩好,無血水,肉質淋身,外層用左好多香料去處理,食落口感不錯。但牛味就唔多濃味🙈要加啲神秘醬汁👇🏻

除左鵝肝有被嚇到,而條魚都有驚喜🤤🤤圖就影到好細件,但實物睇好厚肉又大件,肉質腍滑,無粗嚡既感覺,配埋xo 醬(有少少喇沙味),真係配合得好好👍🏻👍🏻上文提及過既牛肉無咩味,就靠而個汁昇華😂😂

🍫Decadent Earl Grey Scented Chocolate Tart
同個名一樣,有齊哂Earl Grey 味同埋好純好濃既Chocolate 味,但就有啲硬,好硬,太硬😂牙痛選擇其他甜品🙈
