我同老公都鍾意食辣,但要遷就小朋友飲食而不能叫辣,今晚晚餐,終於找到一家可以滿足我地用餐問題的地方了。友心私房菜(傷心酸辣粉私房菜),有辣有唔辣的私房菜,有正宗川菜及經典粵菜提供。長期湯水不足的我們,先來個好滋補的原盅老火燉湯(HK$68), 淮山杞子日月魚燉竹絲雞,燉足6小時, 不肥膩超清甜,就是連湯渣都要吃掉。銅盤金椒脆魚鍋, 標準鍋 HK$298。甫放下,除了有花椒的麻香,還有生蒜頭蓉的香味;小試牛刀, 選了BB辣度,是很舒服的辣, 煮得越久,顏色與味道更為鮮明突明; 脆肉鯇魚肉質結實,清爽肉脆,微辣中仍帶有魚鮮。煲內還有大量配料, 如豬紅、娃娃菜、黑木耳、大豆芽、海帶、鮮野菌、芫茜, 吃到豎起拇指呀!手撕包心菜HK$78, 辣椒份量可不少呀! 包心菜爽口沒有渣,近喉嚨位置,慢慢浸出辣味來。囡囡就吃酸甜古法咕嚕肉 HK$88,以子薑代替菠蘿,避免了出水問題,無骨咕嚕肉外層脆口,肉質鬆軟易咀嚼,就算放涼了,依舊美味。最後,有薑汁豆腐HK$28做甜品, 豆腐像菊花般展現,一顯廚師刀功,薑汁辣度強勁,吃完超暖胃。囡囡有杏仁蛋白茶HK$78,即磨杏仁沖調而成,蛋白夠嫩滑,滋潤非常,若減甜
