To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上個星期六心思思想去打邊爐,但係又懶得出門口去太遠嘅地方,就去咗牛涮鍋食個放題,過吓癮!入到門口帶位嘅員工好有禮貌,全部枱都有間隔板,整體感覺唔錯。湯底叫咗最普通嘅昆布湯,另一個係櫻花蝦沙嗲湯。我同朋友都比較鍾意昆布湯,味道比較清可以食返食物嘅原味😋😋而櫻花蝦沙嗲湯開頭都唔錯嘅,食得耐呢個味就覺得佢有啲鹹😬出去拎咗少少配料,蘿蔔片幾甜,切得比較薄,可以好快就煮得淋😍新推出嘅牛丸好好味,有啲似牛筋丸。黑松露小籠包聞落去有黑松露味,但係食落去冇🙁我哋叫咗188嗰個LEVEL,有雞、豚、兩種牛,高級啲嗰隻牛的確有好食啲嘅,不過都冇再追加,三碟肉加埋啲配料都已經夠。臨走嘅時候見到有小朋友拎住個雪糕先記得有得自助唧雪糕,梗係要出去玩下啦!今日有嘅係牛奶同埋西瓜味,牛奶味唔係平時白色嗰種純牛奶,而係日本有隻黃色牛奶糖嗰種牛奶味,覺得幾特別!而我最鍾意嘅係佢哋嘅玄米粒,又香又好味每一次都會食好多🥰
