有朋友對中菜好有研究,之前見佢分享過呢間就同屋企人試下,見餐廳名有「神燈」二字,估唔到裝修行典雅園林風,樓梯有條曲橋裝飾。員工好醒目,每隔一段時間就換碟,見我地食唔晒又主動畀外賣盒。雖然價錢少貴,但所有菜式都頗有水準~ (w/ 10% service charge)🍽糯米炒膏蟹 Steamed Glutinous Rice with Mud Crab($568)呢度嘅招牌菜,睇蟹蓋就知啲蟹膏多得幾誇張,炒埋落啲糯米飯度幾香口,糯米飯煙韌乾身,瓦煲夠熱個底仲有飯焦,配鮮甜結實嘅蟹肉食好滿足。🍽星洲麥皮蝦 Grilled Prawns with Oatmeal($248)喺新加坡食過一試難忘,見餐牌有當然唔可以錯過,麥片炸至脆身,微辣鹹香得黎帶啲奶香,份量多到堆成一座小山,六隻大蝦非常厚肉,可惜唔算好彈牙。🍽砵酒桶蠔煲 Hot Pot Shucked Oysters in Port Wine ($198)一開蓋已經好香酒味,四隻蠔都同手心差唔多大,肥美肉嫩,個邊被瓦煲焗到脆脆地,用砵酒煮過完全唔覺得有腥味,底下嘅紅洋蔥索晒啲汁都好正。🍽即燒乳豬(1/4隻) Roast Suckling P

店員推薦佢哋嘅燒味就叫左黎試,乳豬皮又薄又脆,豬肉偏瘦無平時節日飯局嗰啲成層膏咁油膩,但而且帶炭香,估唔到唔係海鮮都OK,係份量少左啲,見隔離枱叫叉燒賣相都唔錯。
