記錄下2023年疫情後生日月第一餐生日飯。Omakase︰21道由鵬師傅親自操刀傳統和食料理及壽司,日本空運刺身作壽司主食:濃郁鮟康魚肝、中吞拿魚、爽口鮑魚及八爪魚片、龍蝦等等,食材新鮮香濃。經師傅用心調配,不單唔會過咸,而且更突出鮮味。海膽顛覆咗對香港食海膽嘅恐懼,爽口新鮮,濃烈膽味。壽司8貫 刺身好高水準,種類太多不能盡錄。飯底已經調好味將海鮮再昇華,細心師傅知道我飽,做成“20粒”飯迷你版壽司。近尾聲會有兩件玉子燒,完全無落麵粉,但入口質地、味道,甚至賣相都同一件微型莎莉蛋糕一樣。日本夕張蜜瓜,甜、多汁、香!純米大吟釀,純到米香蓋過酒味,滑身濃厚。由Welcome drink 清淡姬松茸麵豉湯到生日芝麻雪糕 waffle,全餐食足3小時。鮨慎日本老闆師承字號“岡田”,餐後老闆請飲梅酒,繼續分享飲食,交流心得。總結︰待客精神賓至如歸,90度鞠躬恭送,更突顯日本人傳統禮儀。師傅細心地按每位客人食量同喜好作出調整, 誠意堆砌擺盤,每道菜都似畫咁靚、用心製作食物,實行傳統方法將廚師工藝發辦。
