今晚帶 daddy 嚟試吓喺元朗嚟講唔係好多餐廳有得食嘅片皮鴨。韭黃炒鱔糊,上海菜嘅濃油赤醬,加埋揀手以及為數不少嘅鱔碌,經過爆炒之後香氣撲鼻,份外惹味,加埋碗白飯,無敵。四川擔擔麵,呢間餐廳嘅擔擔麵有好香濃既花生味,啱哂鍾意食花生嘅爹哋,連平時食麵唔會飲埋啲湯嘅佢都幾乎將成碗湯清哂,麵質方面爽口彈牙,特別鐘意佢面頭嗰啲肉碎無乜肥膏,咁就可以留返啲膽固醇俾一陣個片皮鴨啦。千呼萬喚嘅片皮鴨終於登場,侍應姐姐將原隻片皮鴨推到我哋面前,再喺我哋面前逐塊逐塊咁樣片層皮出嚟,首先俾咗四塊我哋,佢話呢四塊特別肥美要點糖嚟食,果然別有一番風味,剩低嘅一大碟就用傳統嘅方法嚟食,先將片皮鴨點滿片皮鴨醬,再夾多兩條京蔥同埋青瓜,用塊皮包住嚟食,鴨嘅油脂,京葱同埋塊皮相互配合,好好味啊。高力豆沙,臨尾以呢個咁美妙嘅甜品作結實屬最好不過,高力豆沙口感軟熟,蛋味香濃,加埋入面只有少少甜嘅豆沙餡,滿足嘅一餐就咁完滿結束。
