To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友食飯,佢地帶左我黎呢間,7點黎到,都等左半個鐘先入到去,好多人排隊。一坐底朋友就要求order闗西燒,我地揀左兩個海鮮一個豬做配料,啲海鮮好嫩,醬唔會太濃,岩岩好,好唔錯。然後叫左個清酒煮蜆,呢個係我最鍾意既😍啲蜆肉好飽滿,吸左啲湯,非常清甜,湯我都飲左2碗。好正叫左份牛舌都好味,濃得黎,好鍾意牛舌有咬口既口感。個炸雞軟骨我診朋友唔注意,默默食左一大半...佢無太多調味,但因為完全唔油,好好咬,唔覺唔覺食左好多。總之好出色,會再黎。🥳
