朋友想去銅鑼灣食日本野,見comment唔錯就試下!我覺得最吸引我既,係餐廳即場係客人附近燒埋海鮮,咁就唔洗怕自己燒過龍或者唔熟,又可以有參與其中既感覺🥰去食日本燒海鮮,當然要配酒!我地要左柚子梅酒,好fresh,同夠凍!波士頓龍蝦活貝浜燒盛合- 另外加錢將龍蝦換成靜岡縣金目鯛,可以一魚兩食,分別係刺身同用魚頭同魚骨煲湯。- 刺身好新鮮,而且帶皮既部份會燒過。如果唔太中意魚味太重,可以配埋醋汁加薑茸,都係另一番滋味👍帆立貝- 一個係清酒味,一個係香草牛油,- 清酒既有淡淡酒香,同好鮮甜👍-香草牛油就香口啲,都好夾!活文蛤-都係用清酒煮,非常肥美飽滿,餐廳煮得剛好,唔會韌👍蒜片煎牛舌-牛舌好厚身,表面焦香中間帶粉紅色非常靚-咬落去肉質厚而彈牙,肉汁慢慢滲出🥩
