To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨日同朋友傾計個時講開好想食辣野,但係太多野想食,心入面又想食水煮魚同香鍋,但又好耐無打邊爐,好想烚吓烚吓。朋友就搵到依間四川餐廳,所有我想食嘅野都有,實在太美好。所以一收工就衝去食啦。幸好今日收工準時,嚟到唔駛等位就可以入座了。餐牌上嘅選擇實在太多,竟然仲有炸饅頭,好想食啊,不過我忍住咗,因為今日嘅目標係食辣野!最後就叫咗個中辣冷鍋麻辣魚$148 (加蟹柳$35、凍豆腐$25、萵筍片$28),以及麻辣雜錦香鍋$232(加花枝丸、四季豆、水晶寬粉),再加一客麻辣肚絲$55做小食,飲品方面就叫咗蜜桃沙冰$32同凍杞子菊花蜜$22。麻辣肚絲先上,辣度適中,而且肉質爽口,入面仲有花生,唔錯。飲品方面我叫嘅蜜桃沙冰都唔錯,透心涼。而朋友叫嘅凍杞子菊花蜜就更加得我歡心,偷飲咗幾啖,覺得味道唔太甜,感覺更加養身而且清熱。冷鍋麻辣魚果然香味逼人,先食麻辣魚,食完可以再加湯煮配料。首先麻辣魚的香料比我之前食過嘅餐廳種類多,所以湯底的味道層次好豐富。入面仲有大量寬粉同芽菜,魚的份量唔少之餘質素都相當唔錯,魚肉又滑又嫩,而且好少骨,食起上黎又方便又滋味。食晒啲魚再加湯變火鍋就可以放埋啲蟹柳、凍豆腐同埋萵筍

食晒啲魚再加湯變火鍋就可以放埋啲蟹柳、凍豆腐同埋萵筍片落去烚吓烚吓了。蟹柳用上日式蟹棒,比平價嘅蟹柳更加有口感同好味,而且價錢又唔貴啵。凍豆腐索晒麻辣湯嘅味道,打邊爐的首選配菜啊。而萵筍片則是我食麻辣邊爐常叫嘅蔬菜類,因為感覺上無咁吸油,可以入到少少辣味之餘又保留到蔬菜的爽甜,好味道!

而麻辣雜錦香鍋同樣惹味,麻辣雜錦香鍋本身已經有肥腸、大蝦、餐肉、土豆同埋蓮藕,基本上香鍋必叫嘅配菜都包含咗,不過我份人就貪心啲,再加咗花枝丸、四季豆同水晶寬粉,一上枱已經香味逼人,值得一讚嘅係肥腸非常入味,而且清得都幾乾淨。而大蝦同午餐肉份量都唔少,大蝦都幾大隻而且肉質爽口,午餐肉又厚切,如果土豆同蓮藕再多啲就好啦
蓮藕、土豆同水晶寬粉都係香鍋嘅靈魂,炒得好香,索晒啲辣味,但又唔油膩。花枝丸同四季豆都唔錯,四季豆有預先炸過,所以特別香口。

食完職員仲送上餐後甜品-紅糖桂花冰粉,賣相非常精緻,碗碟同餐羹都係花瓣型態,單看賣相已經食指大動,紅糖同桂花味好清香。唔會太甜,好啱女仕食。

加埋一都係人均三百左右,以我哋咁貪心叫咁多野食同環境質素黎講真係算便宜,仲想讚一讚職員嘅服務態度好好,經常主動過黎問我哋需唔需要加湯或者將個火較大細,埋單個時仲問我哋覺得味道如何,感受到餐廳對食物嘅誠意,希望佢地繼續努力,會再黎幫襯的。
