之前仲係灣仔返工嘅時候已經好想試Mr Brown 嘅 3 courses lunch,可惜lunch hour實在太短加上限聚令所以一直遲遲未試,難得放假當然要食餐好嘅獎勵一下自己!餐廳嘅裝潢十分modern有格調,採用Open Kitchen讓食客可以窺探廚師的烹飪過程。我地一行三人都有嚴重選擇困難症,有太多款式都想試所決定starters同mains 都share,咁每樣都可試少少🤤Starters 我地揀左 whipped mackerel,empanada 同pork ribs。第一次嘗試Empanada覺得幾特別,鬆脆嘅餡餅裏面塞滿mozzarella,點埋酸酸辣辣嘅chilli sauce 幾開胃。Whipped mackerel 嘅口感好細膩好滑,淡香嘅鯖魚同sour creme做成醬加上西芹粒同三文魚子好夾,用嚟做dip配餐廳附上嘅自家製麵包一流!Pork ribs 就細細舊好入味,但相對whipped mackerel 同 empanada就冇咁有驚喜啦!再嚟就係Mains!揀左 smoked chicken, picanha steak同埋salmon!Smoked

Picanha Steak 真係超好食!Medium rare 啱啱好,有grill嘅味道而且超多肉汁,最令人難忘嘅係個綠色嘅chimichurri sauce🤤 用paraley同oregano 加蒜、醋同橄欖油調配成,令到個steak迅速被K.O.
