To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港人成日都話日本係鄉下,今日就同朋友去尋找家鄉嘅味道。我哋嗌左一個黑蒜油豬軟骨拉麵,兩舊豬軟骨大大嚿,面嘅份量都算多,黑蒜油嘅味道好突出。另外有嗌牛肉壽喜燒,下面有個火一路食一路煮,個壽喜燒湯底好夾啲配料,入面材料豐富除咗有牛肉之外亦都有娃娃菜、粉絲、雞蛋、蘿蔔等等,一個鍋夠食。另外仲有炸物什錦,樣樣都想食啲就啱啦,有薯條、豬軟骨同埋紫薯餅。另外有叫一啲壽司,有鰻魚玉子手卷、灸燒三文魚腩、灸燒芝士三文魚、三文魚沙律腐皮同埋海膽帶子卷,每樣細細舊可以試多幾款。最後仲食咗一個甜品拼盤,入面有柚子蛋糕、Tiramisu、雪糕、牛奶凍。
