To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係中環行行下肚餓我哋就見到餐廳門口都幾多人排隊所以心郁郁想試吓好唔好味😆見到餐牌上既食物都好吸引最後我哋選擇左佢「參」呢個套餐原本職員安排左我地坐二人枱當我哋叫左套餐後同我哋講二人枱放咁多野食會好逼所以幫我哋將側邊枱泊埋一齊😆因為套餐既關係所以試到好多唔同既食物整體黎講都覺得唔錯食完之後真係好飽😂😂食物方面我覺得佢個原盅花膠雲吞雞湯真係好好味！飲完仲好想再飲飲落去唔會話好似啲味精湯💕我覺得個龍蝦都幾新鮮食落爽口彈牙不過因為同埋啲年糕一齊炒所以搞到啲年糕有好多龍蝦殼既碎雖然啲年糕都好惹味同埋硬度適中但啲龍蝦殼令到食既時候有啲麻煩😮‍💨而京蔥爆安格斯牛柳條都值得一試💕💕

原本職員安排左我地坐二人枱
當我哋叫左套餐後
同我哋講二人枱放咁多野食會好逼

因為套餐既關係所以試到好多唔同既食物
整體黎講都覺得唔錯食完之後真係好飽😂😂

飲完仲好想再飲飲落去唔會話好似啲味精湯💕
我覺得個龍蝦都幾新鮮食落爽口彈牙
不過因為同埋啲年糕一齊炒
所以搞到啲年糕有好多龍蝦殼既碎
雖然啲年糕都好惹味同埋硬度適中
但啲龍蝦殼令到食既時候有啲麻煩😮‍💨
而京蔥爆安格斯牛柳條都值得一試💕💕
