To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

滿足的日式午餐

突然想食日式做午餐，但又唔係好想食魚生😂行下行下就發現呢間日式餐廳，午市時間有位就入去嚕😗呢度裝修都好特別，環境有點暗但係又帶一點日式，Menu都日式feel🙂睇左一輪就決定左試個定食！🐟三文魚醬醬燒定食 $138落單時店員已經講左要等20分鐘，果然值得一等 - 上枱時已經好香，鐵板起底令到d野食一路keep住熱。所謂既醬醬係有d似麵豉醬咁，配上三文魚一齊食好好味🤤三文魚下面仲有雜菜同埋菇，好入味！另外定食仲有麵豉湯，菇，青瓜，沙律，全部都幾好吃，配返三文魚既重味道，佢地反而中和左d，令到成件事冇咁膩😛佢個沙律好特別，淋上左一d酸酸微辣既醬汁，加埋下面底下有既粟米，正😋據說佢都呢間出名天婦羅，下次再黎試下！
