To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 路經觀塘APM, 突然諗起有一間以日本居酒屋形式經營的食店想食好耐, 於是walk-in攞飛。由於星期二的關係, 其它食肆都唔係太多人等位, 但 “一杯”就長期有人排, 等左大約45分鐘可以入座啦, 環境相當不錯有得食又有得睇, 座位分別有可以睇住師傅鐵板燒或者可以睇住壽司師傅整壽司🍣 , 又或者普通的seat位, 整體而言成個環境都有日本居酒屋的感覺 😊我們點了關西燒二品(豚肉、小貝柱), 壽司十件, 冷蕎麥麵, 鰻魚牛油果卷 和 海鹽荔枝梳打, 關西燒必食蕎麥麵不過不失鰻魚牛油果卷值得一試海鹽荔枝梳打偏鹹好滿足和好飽
