聞名已久的意大利餐廳, 因網上食評說態度欠佳而多次卻步, 但今年生日, 決定一試來到餐廳, 侍應主動拉開座椅, 為客人舖上餐巾, 做足高級餐廳應有的服務.由於沒有想動太多的腦筋, 所以決定叫兩份白松露的Tasting Menu + Wine pairing第一道 Sparkling wine 配白松露大蝦蝦先上, 廚師在面前刨上白松露, 香氣樸鼻第二道牛肉雞蛋花清湯非常香濃的牛肉味第三道白酒配意大利蛋麵非常好食第四道白酒配紅蝦意粉蝦味濃郁第五道紅酒配羊架羊肉鬆軟最後意大利生日蛋糕整餐飯, 老實說, WINE PAIRING的選酒有待改善, 但侍應的招待是沒有問題, 非常殷勤, 亦很細心, 會觀察客人需要, 完全沒有招呼不周的感覺, 實在要幫Sabatini平反最後還有生日小禮物

蝦先上, 廚師在面前刨上白松露, 香氣樸鼻

牛肉雞蛋花清湯
非常香濃的牛肉味

第三道
白酒配意大利蛋麵
非常好食

白酒配紅蝦意粉
蝦味濃郁

第五道
紅酒配羊架
羊肉鬆軟

最後意大利生日蛋糕
