To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喜愛日本菜的我也當然十分喜歡吃壽司。喜愛千両，因為食物新鮮，價錢唔貴。由於是千両會員，更可以訂位或遙距拿票等位今天和一班朋友聚會，由於全部喜歡日本菜，所以來了千両。點了很好魚生壽司，太滿足了！魚生方面很鮮甜又好新鮮.腐皮壽司特別在內有少少子薑，令味道提升。最普通的蛋壽司亦能做出好味道，不但是廚師即做、更是暖的，新鮮熱辣！三文魚魚腩壽司才廿多蚊，又肥又鮮！

腐皮壽司特別在內有少少子薑，令味道提升。
最普通的蛋壽司亦能做出好味道，不但是廚師即做、更是暖的，新鮮熱辣！
三文魚魚腩壽司才廿多蚊，又肥又鮮！
