廚師發板,差不多16道菜。頭盤先有鮑魚加螢光魷魚配髮菜,螢光魷魚非常爽口,好食。然後就有不同類別的剌身,最最最好味的刺身是中拖羅,食完口腔內會有回甘🤩真係好正,而且魚油脂肪比例非常好,超甘香。刺身過後,就是壽司時間。壽司方面,我最難忘的是海曼壽司加甜蛋,我平時不太喜歡吃甜蛋,但這個是超好食🥺聽師傅講,製作蛋的過程都有點複雜,加入了很多材料,先可令到味角上咁豐富🤩
