首先沙律賣相非常不錯

我們看到師傅準備的時候起勢甘燒個平目魚邊

本來會以為很焦,其巧秒之處就是包著來燒

炙燒平目魚邊保持嫩滑香口膠,有點入口即化

新鮮清爽的蔬菜加入了芳香的黑松露

令味道更有層次十分滋味

雖然有點殘忍但鮑魚十分味美

燒完後師傅把鮑魚切成一片片

鮑魚經過燒烤後,不但沒有變得太乾

除了保持了鮮味還多了一份焦香的味道,

而且肉質彈牙彈性,好味道

即是燒蟹膏,小妹之前在日本的磯丸水產也食過

記得當時蟹膏味道濃郁,小妹很喜歡

不過香港很少地方有得食

所以小妹一見到就要立即點來食

有別於日本的純蟹膏甘燒

這裹的蟹蓋加入了,蟹肉,味噌,鵪鶉蛋,麵包糠和蔥花

蟹膏入口軟滑綿綿的,混入過其他材料後

提升了味噌蟹甲羅燒既口感和層次感

跟麵包一起吃解膩不特止,更別有一番風味
