To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去大圍間海港食晚飲， 洛單個陣個女侍應心不在焉，洛完單又無入機，催完又上唔齊的送又上錯送， 蒸鮑魚變盬燒鮑魚，明明洛單講得好清楚用蒜茸蒸， 心諗都係鮑魚就算，但過左四十分中元貝同條虎斑都上唔到， 再催 之後個侍應話條魚等多陣蒸梗，於是再等一下，點知他們剛從魚缸錨起條虎班(我們坐係魚缸旁),看得好清楚，心諗不會還未蒸吧，等左十五分中，再催，又話要等，結果叫經理取消order, 其實我不介意食唔食到條虎班，你照直講話漏左單， 條氣仲順，附上圖  取消order個態度又差
