To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 薑餅人同我星期六晚帶同我爸媽在此食飯, 叫左四碟小菜:1. 酥炸小棠菜- 唔油, 皮唔厚兼脆, 墨魚爽, 加埋馬蹄更爽口.2. 砵酒鱔球- 鱔先撲粉炸, 皮所以脆脆地, 但魚味唔出, 偏油, 醬汁可以再濃D.3. 什菌扒鴛鴦豆腐- 即布包同玉子豆腐, both幾滑, 但菇偏少, 淡左D.4. 雲腿蒸走地雞- 分量唔多, 雞肉唔霉, 但唔夠爽同結實.5. 杏仁蛋白奶露- 很香滑, 但杏仁味唔算濃, 不太甜, quite good.但其間漏單, 等左好耐先齊餸, 三姐急急向我們陪不是, 服務算唔錯.
