南瓜花炒牛肉坊間從未見過南花瓜,當然要一試。口感似芥蘭,卻比芥蘭更有口感爽脆。牛肉鮮嫩,不鞋口,整道菜接近港式風味,強烈建議大家一試。墨魚春檬粉檬粉有別一般越式做法。檬粉出菜前已拌醬汁,醬汁酸酸辣辣,令人食不停口。數量頗多的原條墨魚,內藏大量墨魚春,口感接近刺身質地,完全沒有靭勁。酸甜柑桔無骨鳳爪酸酸甜甜,十分惹味開胃,作為前菜更是無可挑剔。好辣朋友可以點上醬汁,另一種味覺享受。三色椒金菇焗鮮蠔蠔肉厚身肥美,啖啖肉,又沒有腥臭味。再配上份糧十足三色椒焗製而成。入口既有清新蔬菜又有濃郁蠔味,實在時大大刺激味蕾。餐廳更有一大片燈籠海,十分適合打卡人士。
