街頭小食滋味拼盤 有齊豬肉春卷、雞翼、扎肉、香茅牛串等小食,一班朋友share就最岩!比較印象深刻嘅係香茅牛串,配上餐廳自製嘅咸蛋黃醬,令食落去多左蛋香味,口感比較豐富。而雞翼用魚露醃過,已經調咗味,炸出嚟唔會乾身幾好食。反而扎肉比較普通,雖然話有三款口味,但食落分別唔大。而豬肉春卷都係脆啲嘅話會更好。

[因為一開始見到食物賣相唔差所以完全冇諗過會要相出post….]我同朋友兩個都諗住見到openrice d reviews咁好,去呢間實ok啦點知我地最錯就係過分相信openrice 坐低就每人嗌咗一個dinner set(每人加埋加一大概食咗$300)menu嘅圖賣相真係好好 甚至第一眼都覺得dinner set呢個價錢都算幾多野食… 點知真係質素差得誇張…d前菜其中一碟係明顯未熟嘅 但係我地問店員佢仲笑著話係咁㗎… 所以我地最後都係白白放棄咗食呢碟所謂嘅前菜… 然後以為米紙捲實唔會差得去邊啦 點知範覺就好似食緊deconstructed嘅幾樣材料咁,硬邦邦,0調味,連入面加錢點嘅軟殼蟹都硬同冇味…之後主菜係好d嘅 個pho至少唔太鹹,d牛都幾腍但係就切到細細塊… 另一個豬肉撈檬d豬肉炭燒到黑曬,d豬肉又係薄切,完全係好似自己去韓燒煮到過晒熟嘅豬腩肉咁(啊係 仲要係大部分都係肥膏…),真係食唔落口甜品應該係算整晚最無驚無險嘅環節,雖然斑蘭糕都有種隔夜嘅口感… 但係至少個雪糕冇乜大問題…呢餐飯食都最後真係想連甜品都放棄 寧願早d走好過浪費埋時間喺呢度… 唔明點解咁嘅質素 咁嘅價錢 仲要

銅鑼灣真係多野揀多野食既, 有時會想食D未食過既餐廳, 見到呢間未食過, 而且格局好似又幾特別咁就入左去試下啦, 坐低點餐, 因為見到又好似出面越式餐廳都有既食物, 見到黃薑雞撈檬未試過就點左.不過一食就覺得 黃薑雞 同撈檬好似格格不入, 或者好似食緊黃薑雞既米線咁既口感同味道.黃薑雞份量正常, 口感又無咩特別吸引之處, 只係有好多汁可以撈檬, 但食落去同食米線既感覺差唔多吧呢個價錢食呢個味道就真係有D失望了, 感覺完全唔值, 雖然環境同裝修係算唔錯, 不過食物就唔吸引了.

今日落大雨,想揾間好坐啲既餐廳,呢間之前嚟東角bookmark咗想試,餐廳有用心設計,環境幾靚,有地下同二樓兩層,待應帶咗我上二樓用餐。今次食lunch試咗A餐豬湯檬($78)+熱越南滴漏黑咖啡($12),但餐廳有加一收費,埋單要$99。A餐豬湯檬($78)跟香菜,香菜自動另上。湯檬好夠熱,湯底好濃郁好好味,扎肉好有咬口,口感幾好,豬肉丸都唔錯,其他配料都好味。食到中途加少少辣醬調味,但覺得自己做錯咗,碗湯檬本身幾好味,其實唔洗額外加調味已足夠。熱越南滴漏黑咖啡($12)之前試過其他越南餐廳既越南滴漏咖啡幾好味,今次加錢試埋,揀咗黑咖啡走甜,有點後悔揀咗唔甜,杯黑咖啡本身無豆味,太苦澀,一定要有返啲煉奶先可以中和到陣味。由於黑咖啡太苦,勉強飲兩啖之後放棄。今次既lunch幾好味,豬湯檬會想返嚟再試,注意餐廳有加一收費,同埋lunch hour都幾多人,可以晏少少避咗peak hour嚟試會好啲。

豬湯檬($78)跟香菜,香菜自動另上。湯檬好夠熱,湯底好濃郁好好味,扎肉好有咬口,口感幾好,豬肉丸都唔錯,其他配料都好味。


食到中途加少少辣醬調味,但覺得自己做錯咗,碗湯檬本身幾好味,其實唔洗額外加調味已足夠。

之前試過其他越南餐廳既越南滴漏咖啡幾好味,今次加錢試埋,揀咗黑咖啡走甜,有點後悔揀咗唔甜,杯黑咖啡本身無豆味,太苦澀,一定要有返啲煉奶先可以中和到陣味。由於黑咖啡太苦,勉強飲兩啖之後放棄。

今次既lunch幾好味,豬湯檬會想返嚟再試,注意餐廳有加一收費,同埋lunch hour都幾多人,可以晏少少避咗peak hour嚟試會好啲。
