To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

剛剛路經呢處.想吃的東西.就看到呢間麵店.有雜誌提到呢間店是在牛下搬到大角咀.店的環境不大.店員只有老闆娘一人.但環境乾淨.冷氣充足.老闆娘十分友善.而且建談.賣的粉麵18元單併.24元雙併也相當合理.雲吞牛肉米.一枝細可樂.24加7元.31元雲吞細細粒.蝦少.只吃出有點豬肉味.有點偏鹹,牛肉都係有經化學,不過係少許,還剩淡淡的牛味.不至於牛味盡失.調味也似欠奉,偏淡口.不過牛肉份量算多.湯亦很淡,唯有靠枱上的調味品...不算難食.但有點失望.間店熟客不少,在區內可以一試..但區外人到大角咀還有很多選擇.
