「燒野食」在人生唔同年齡都有唔同意思,學生時期窮到褲穿窿當然係郊野公園「吉」急凍香腸雞翼,長大後燒野食的層次應該要提升,地方唔再局限郊野公園,用具唔再用燒烤叉和燒烤網、飲品唔應該只係飲啤酒和汽水,我跟其他打工仔一樣,嘗過甜酸苦辣,所以今次同朋友聚舊,希望以燒烤為主題,希望大家想到昔日的友情歲月,友人選擇了這一間漁獲浜燒。餐廳主打燒新鮮海鮮,門口有一個大魚缸,缸水清澈,見到缸中鮮蝦鮮蟹慢慢移動,牆上有兩幅魚類和蝦類圖鑑,餐廳以木為主,簡單樸實,只有數十張座位,連吧枱也應不過四十個位,待應帶領我坐在一旁,向我們介紹是日精選及特色。日本菜向來以細緻嚴謹出名,單是外觀已經是視覺享受,螺肉刺身併吞拿魚腩粒無論在師父的刀工,擺設和配醬的選用都顯示得到,薄薄的螺片整齊的放在青瓜片上,醬汁唔係尋常的日式鼓油,師父加一點檸檬調製,做到提鮮效果。吞拿魚腩粒油脂豐滿,再沾上原條即磨而成WASABI,厚切的吞拿魚腩口中溶化,油脂的香味佈滿整個口腔。二人份量海鮮燒物是今晚的重頭戲,以鮑魚最新鮮,上枱時鮑魚肉還在動,只要碰一下就立即收縮。新鮮的海鮮同配合店員熟練的手腕和豐富的經驗,無論鮑魚、帶子、老虎蝦、蟹鉗、生

特別是生蠔,生食就連海鮮的海水的鹹味都感受到,或燒熟後沾上適合的醬汁食又有另一番風味,這店為每一款的海鮮特別安排合適的醬汁,食要食到咁至算型。

喜之次是一種海魚,肉厚質地滑,又多脂肪,每食一口都食到魚油。聽聞這是北海道一帶捕獲,只有乾淨的海水至可以有高質量的魚,可惜香港人為活動太過,每次釣的魚煮熟後都有一陣陣電油味。

其實食物還是其次,我最重視的是酒,有佐酒食物點可以無酒架,日本酒我較少喝,今次的真澄真是好清甜,沒有其他日本米酒咁強烈,因為是新釀製,所以還沒有強烈的酒精味。

還有一款萍果米酒,入口充滿清甜萍果味,女生都容易入口,身邊的女性朋友都杯接杯咁飲 (平時食飯又唔見你咁搶……) 除此之外,店家還有其中一支鎮店之寶 ~ 超吟 「梵」,單是儲藏在極低温環境,真是有機會要試一次。

食到最後當然食甜品作一個完美的完結,柚子雪芭味道十分濃但清香,為本來味道複雜又多層次的口腔清新一下。
