早排睇完香港原味道,見到九龍城有間僅存嘅正宗潮州菜,本身我媽媽都係潮州人,由細到大都好鍾意食潮州菜,所以一於全家人都去試吓呢一間嘅手勢, 一試完就知道係正宗嘅,冇花冇假!秘製雙料蝦由新鮮蝦以豉油同埋椒鹽雙料去炮製,蝦味濃郁,連蝦殼食都得,送啤酒一流😋蠔餅超抵食嘅蠔餅,份量多到足夠一班朋友去食,比起坊間嘅大一倍以上!炸得非常香脆,可口,淡淡都有蠔肉😍😍韭菜炒蜆仔肉一定要配白飯!食潮州菜好多時會揀小炒王或者韭菜豬紅,如果想送飯嘅話必定要揀韭菜炒蜆仔肉,好地道的潮州菜, 韭菜炒得乾爽、蜆肉又有鮮味😋鹵水鵝有人鍾意食鵝片、有人就鍾意連骨食,今次就揀咗連骨嘅鵝肉,滷水非常入味👍👍凍烏頭條魚新鮮度有出世紙,同其他餐廳比冰鮮魚有明顯分別,食打冷識食一定要食烏頭😚春菜食潮州嘢點少得食春菜,好有家鄉風味!青島啤酒食潮州打冷點可以唔叫支大啤?咁多好餸加埋支青島,簡直完美配搭😗
