Restaurant: 潮汕美食菜館

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 可能太夜收工的關係,沒感到太肚餓。於是跟好姊妹到附近的潮州菜館打冷。菜館位於屋村商場內有冷氣嘆最適合兩個女仔邊吃邊傾計。雖然佬味有點重,但打冷又怎可缺少啤酒呢? 用金屬杯盛載特別冰凍。先來一個鹵鴨拼盤,我們自選了鴨腎、豬大腸及腩肉。鹵水不但沒過過鹹,更很入鴨腎爽口,豬大腸無腥味,腩肉亦很腍。椒鹽鮮魷外層炸粉不厚, 內層魷魚仍保持鮮美及爽脆。 配上椒鹽特別香口。最後來一碗蠔仔肉碎湯飯,蠔仔很大隻而且份量很多。街坊價錢,食物質素不錯。
