To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒有到九點站圓方逛街,今日約了朋友到這裏飲茶。朋友揸車到,因為有泊車優3小時,所以非常方便啊!百樂潮州就在1樓,地點不難找,環境不錯,到達後店員殷勤招呼我們二人座位,座位都尚算寬躺,當然每台與每台之間要有1.5米距離啦。我們急不及待地點了幾款點心,本人極鍾情蝦餃,所以必叫了百樂樂蝦餃皇- 蝦餃皮薄,大大隻蝦餃肉配以薄薄的蝦餃皮,超級好味。子薑牛肉腸 - 淡淡的子薑香味配以濃郁的牛肉碎再以一層薄的腸粉皮包著,味道一流。海鮮芋絲春卷 - 大大隻蝦做餡料再配以香味濃厚的芋頭,炸得外脆內軟,令人想食指大動。最後也忍不住叫了五香蘿蔔牛肚 - 牛肚肉腍入味,肉香四溢,五香靈魂配料,蘿蔔濃郁香惹。一餐非常滿意的下午茶。
