有朋友約我出來食飯吹水,我問佢哋今晚食乜先,要食d吸引到我出來既食物,我先會考慮出來,後來佢話介紹一間好正既打冷俾我,想一想好耐冇食潮州打冷,即管出去試吓,睇吓有冇介紹錯,去到見到原來係我之前食過都推介過,即管再推一次,因為真係好好食,店內既相都好吸引,我哋就叫左以下幾個來品嚐一番:德發小炒皇:好有鑊氣,韮菜和蒜心好嫩好入味,腰果好脆,還有大蝦和魷魚好彈牙鹵水墨魚片拼鵝腸:墨魚片好爽,鵝腸好甘香酥炸大腸:外脆肉軟,肥瘦適中潮州煎蠔仔餅:好大塊,入口爽脆,幾多蠔仔豉椒炒大蜆:幾多蜆肉,味道幾好,欠左小小辣味,唔係就更惹味拔絲咕嚕肉:冇骨啖啖肉,入囗感覺到咕嚕肉被糖漿包圍,口感更脆金銀蛋浸油麥菜:鹹蛋和皮蛋切得細細粒,可以一啖有兩種口味,油麥菜索左個湯更好味今次朋友冇介紹錯,好彩我哋早到先有位,一路食一路見到好多人不停入座,有d遲來連位都冇要等。
