早前佐敦上完堂約咗老公決定一齊去啤一啤佢🍻於是揀左這間位於太子地鐵站C2出口5分鐘路程嘅「德發潮州飯店」店舖光猛企理店員服務態度也不錯☺️而且價格亦合理💯由於我哋兩個胃一向都比較細所以只點了四道打冷必吃的👇🏻1️⃣鹵水鵝片配生腸2️⃣韭菜豬紅3️⃣炸蠔餅4️⃣黑白啤Half Half🍻可惜店家嘅鹵水鵝片肉身較「鞋口」亦唔夠入味生腸亦仍然有點腸臭味⋯ 減左分🥲幸好韭菜豬紅及炸蠔餅味道搭救下次約多啲朋友仔可以再來🙌🏻

食物味道雖然唔錯,但係服務態度真係差到爆!入座前佢哋有講明用餐時間係90分鐘,我哋都覺得呢個時間好合理,但到70分鐘,我哋其實都已經差唔多食完,點知個事頭婆就無啦啦隊張單埋嚟!咁咪比錢找數囉!比完錢之後就即刻以9秒速度執檯,食完啲咁咸嘅嘢其實我想飲多啖茶坐多幾分鐘啦!我舉手叫個侍應加啲茶佢就即刻黑晒口面咁,我哋一共5人佢就只係加咗1/4杯比我一個人,當時外面並冇人等位,用餐時間都未夠。見佢兩個咁嘅口面我都唔敢再飲,當我搵緊口罩準備戴完就走啦!都未離座事頭婆已經攞咗條檯布掟落檯了。食物其實唔錯,不過蠔餅就真係全碟超過八成都係漿粉,蠔仔得十粒八粒。真心覺得呢餐飯食得好掃興,諗住一家人開開心心齊齊整整食餐晚飯,點知食到咁唔開心好似被人趕走咁,以後執到錢都唔會再幫襯了。。。

今日同屋企人出開太子,打算在附近餐廳食好西,知道爸爸中意食中式野,特別鐘情小菜,所以就帶佢去這餐廳一試我們一行三人,大概9點去到,燈火通明,坐位寬敞,而且店內人數不多,可以直接坐底由於媽媽是海鮮愛嗜者,所以都會必點海鮮類的小菜。最後,我們點了椒鹽九肚魚($88),燒汁安格斯牛柳粒 ($128),豉汁蒸大鱔($148),共三款先到的菜色是椒鹽九肚魚,整碟賣相非常吸引,魚塊堆高,底下由炸粉絲鋪設,再加上滿滿的椒鹽灑上,已經令我垂涎欲滴在吃第一口的時候,椒鹽連炸脆的表面一口咬下,魚塊內的汁流出來,外脆內軟的口感之後上菜的是燒汁安格斯牛柳粒,這碟菜的配料相當多,有洋蔥,薯仔,青椒。色澤略為深色,以為味道會偏重,但卻出乎意料的合適,不但味道不會過重,而且燒汁配上牛柳,提升了牛柳的鮮味,加上牛柳嫩滑,一粒牛柳,一粒薯仔,一碟滿足最後上菜的是豉汁蒸大鱔,魚塊鋪面整碟,感覺量很足,再加上豉油,鋪滿蔥花的賣相完勝在吃第一口時,大鱔非常彈牙,證明大鱔經過精心處理,入口彈牙爽口,配上豉油一吃,一食上癮

首先講講條街,以前係布行,賣零件多,而家一個反身,變成左今日有4間酒吧,5間食店既熱鬧地點,我都嚇一跳,相信稍後時間會試埋其他店。土瓜灣其實都好似有間叫德發,但問過不是分店,以一個全新感覺去上就可以了。叫左3樣野,價錢覺得都ok, 青島28就貴幾蚊,不過佢有隻冰杯招呼你,都算ok杯喺雪櫃攞出黎,有誠意蠔餅真心唔錯,應該係用啤酒開粉槳,鬆軟脆口,蠔唔細隻,細份$75都唔算小,好食過廟街。欖菜肉鬆四季豆都幾干身,豆無渣,味道唔錯,都幾大碟拔絲咕嚕肉個名都勁過人,賣相又好睇,食到肉,係ok喎,個皮仲脆,但肉唔硬,爐頭真係有料到👍我見到同枱三個人喺對面講(搭枱),啲鵝好鞋,雞腳太甜,花生凍,證明廚房同打冷兩個位置如果大家食既,一定識揀。。。

個名都勁過人,賣相又好睇,食到肉,係ok喎,個皮仲脆,但肉唔硬,爐頭真係有料到👍
我見到同枱三個人喺對面講(搭枱),啲鵝好鞋,雞腳太甜,花生凍,證明廚房同打冷兩個位置如果大家食既,一定識揀。。。

精彩的潮州打冷晚餐,值得讚👍 的是地方十分清潔乾淨,由店面至洗手間,食物調節到符合現今水準的不鹹不油。本來是想去附近的「差不多名字潮州白粥」的,但帶路的又帶錯了地方 (去錯地方,這久不久就發生的)。啤酒和玻璃杯是肯定夠冰凍及乾淨! 潮式鹵水拼,很鮮明,有較少見的是包括珍肝。清爽的大荳芽荳卜,很refreshing。潮洲炒蜆仔肉,是十分少見的,至少九龍城幾間也沒有造。 豉油王炒鵝腸,鵝腸爽而不韌,豉油王醬汁傾向甜口。 涼瓜煎蛋餅,不太鹹可以空口吃。紫菜肉碎粥腸, 這又是別的潮洲食店很少這樣組合的,就是要輕清。自帶酒水是可以的,象徵式收幾十開瓶費而已。傳統老式的體貼服務,就顯露於當我喝完啤酒,叔叔問我還要不要,我說喝夠了之後,叔叔主動拿一杯菜給我。另外,吃完一點也不口渴!一點也不!

約左幾個朋友去品嚐吓潮州菜,行入去德發,環境就一般,伙記也有招呼都算熱情。先落左個潮洲炸豆腐,小抄王,潮式凍烏頭試試D功夫菜先,豆腐連久菜鹽水吃,正,小抄王有獲氣,得,凍烏頭,可以,咁就再續叫啦,炸蠔餅,油鹽水花螺,點知就衰左,蠔餅外表金黃超靚仔,內邊5熟,5得law,花螺好鬼硬,都5知食左D物落肚,5掂,最後再叫多个蠔仔肉碎粥比多个機會佢,但都只是一般冇乜驚喜。整體說,只得幾個小菜可以,5試都冇問題。
