To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇得出,2奶仔即係2奶仔。同樣望住碗翅,無厘反應dead fish咁。一樣叫左炸雙棗,味道都一樣。咬落唔彈牙,鬆鬆軟軟,同炸魚蛋的分別就係無成口粉實估估。另外有叫的係方魚炒芥蘭同糯米腸芥蘭就好芥蘭,糯米腸就好惡頂啊!膩到咬一啖都吞唔到啊。不過,仲有D無叫的答夠;麵醬介菜、炸芋頭都係地道野。由期芋頭,本來唔食甜野,但食落,又好過引喎,成舊都係油,但口感係清甜喎…唔明?正常的,講的都唔明嘛。真係唔知點形容至好。
