To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間潮州小店離家不遠,又有朋友推介,於是找了一個平日的晚上,做一對無飯夫妻,兩口子去吃了一頓晚飯。「節瓜章魚西施骨」(原價$18,跟餐$12),沒下味精,湯味自然,甚有家常的味道。「海蜇拼雞腳筋」($70)兩者都是可口的小吃,佐酒下飯皆宜。下了芝麻的海蜇爽,下了芥末的雞腳筋是昔日「阿鴻小吃」的招牌小食之一,這兒的水準或許沒有昔日鴻師傅做的那麼好,可仍開胃好吃。「鹵水鵝片撈麵」($75)有不少鹵水鵝片在裡面,鹵水汁也頗有水準,入味的鵝片啖啖肉的感覺挺好,撈麵沾上了鵝油與鵝汁,也比一般的撈麵更加好味。「鹵水豬腩肉湯麵」($53)的豬腩肉肥瘦比例適中,不會過於肥膩,配以青蔥青菜清湯,也不錯。
