To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次與同事食team lunch,想去酒樓食番一盅兩件,便來這裡吃點心和潮州小吃。/一坐下會先上功夫茶,茶味齒頰留香。/滷水墨魚片🌟墨魚片咬落煙韌,而且仲有配滷水豆腐,滷得幾入味。/潮式炒蘿蔔糕🌟炒蘿蔔糕好有水準,用上好多蝦米xo醬去炒,十分惹味,而且蘿蔔糕有粗蘿蔔絲在入面,不只粉漿,增加口感。/瑤柱蔥花炸腸🌟 真正即叫即製點心,炸兩像新鮮炸出來一樣,十分脆卜卜,加了瑤柱和蔥花增加香味。/松露香菇包🌟香菇的外表很可愛,餡料包了黑松露和香菇粒,是不錯的素食之選。/荔茸炸帶子🌟炸得十分香脆,裏面用芋頭蓉包著肉碎和帶子,是高級版的芋角,十分好吃。
