今天在將軍澳經過新都城二期商場的「四點金」,看到店前的潮州小食,很吸引,於是便外賣幾個客飯回家和家人一起品嘗。三個客飯,有白飯有湯。湯是老火木瓜豬骨湯,有大件的豬骨和木瓜,很有“家”的感覺。“潮式排骨炆春菜”,排骨都頗入味,肉質也不錯。“香辣回鍋肉”,潮州鹵水味,豬肉不肥膩,肉質爽口,有點像台式鹵肉,香而不辣。“澄海獅頭鵝肉件”,潮州鹵水鵝不愧是潮州菜的經典,肥瘦適中,肉質嫩滑細膩,加上入味的鹵水汁,送飯一流。我在想:下次路過的時候,又可以買幾款潮州點心回家吃了。
