如今的將軍澳不但交通愈來愈方便,就連區內美食餐廳也愈來愈多,朋友剛剛搬咗入去天晉,今晚就入去探佢順便搵好嘢食。朋友話附近有間陳儀興飯店,主打地道潮州菜,是一間老字號打冷店。蟲草花雪耳燉雞湯:是濃郁美味的養生燉湯,有提高免疫力、抗衰老、潤肺養顏的功效,燉湯色澤鮮明,足料夠火候,啖啖都係精華,鮮味十足!滷水鵝件:鵝隻吸收了滷湯的日月精華,焦糖色的外皮富有光澤,加上火候控制得好,鵝件肉嫩入味,點些蒜蓉醋,令鵝肉味提升。潮州蠔餅:蠔餅香脆唔油膩,每粒蠔仔都好新鮮又大粒。一啲腥味都無,每一啖都係蠔嘅鮮味。點些魚露能令味道提升。糯米釀大腸:係傳統潮州小食,將糯米、花生、冬菇、蓮子等釀入豬大腸入面,蒸熟後切片再煎香,餡料口感軟糯,大腸帶少許煙韌。
