普普通通食潮汕食品,食吓鹵水嘢或蠔仔餅,在油尖旺區都會有一百幾十間,每家食店各有本家特色、煮意和風格等等,總是有點兒分別,也配合社會上顧客口味的《 陳儀興尚潮樓 》把一幢舊樓活化了,有地下和一樓,裝修融合古雅和現代感,有中國字畫,有獨特燈飾和牆壁裝置,造出生氣和新鮮感。豬生腸和墨魚片雙拼: 兩者皆爽口又彈牙,但墨魚的翅邊位較為硬。鵝的腸、肝、肉拼盤:腸爽,肝滑,肉味不太濃,整體無咩鵝的油香味。蠔烙:蛋香與蠔配合,好味道。魚露浸花甲:少少魚露味,少少花甲鮮味吧。涼瓜炆五花腩:涼瓜厚且味道足,浸泡着豬油香。蝦棗: 做到了傳統的手藝及味道。反沙芋:不甜的甜品,精巧好食,但部份較為干硬。溫馨提示:座位不多,但客似雲來,要早D訂座。
