To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 爸爸想食潮州菜,我哋就去咗創發。叫咗香煎蠔烙, 鹹菜豬肚湯,紅燒包翅,炒芥蘭,蠔仔粥,炸蝦棗,鹽水豆腐,滷水䳘片,酥炸拼盤,韭菜餃,埋單五個人食咗千五蚊。由細細個食到大,難得創發仲維持到正宗潮州菜嘅味道,店裏面冇餐牌,只有牆上貼住既菜單,爸爸係潮州人,喺裏面可以同啲老夥計講潮州話,佢好開心。店裏面仲有個熟食檔,放滿唔同嘅菜式,賣相好吸引。韭菜餃亦都好好味,煎既火喉剛剛好,細細個又唔會太油膩太飽。唯一比較失望嘅就係冇蟹棗,個所謂嘅酥炸拼盤亦都只係蝦棗加蝦條,冇晒細細個食乜款都有嘅大拼盤lu
