To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友生日話想食日本嘢,佢又喺中環番工,所以就帶佢嚟食呢間日本嘢。一入到去裝潢好有格調,好舒服。我們點了幾款刺身,最喜歡拖羅,入口即溶!之後見倒個海膽杯入面有腐皮加d芥末,好似幾得意,所以叫咗嚟試下,結果真係冇失望,海膽味道鮮甜,估唔倒同腐皮咁夾!原本不吃海膽嘅朋友都話幾好食!然後叫了免治雞肉串燒,沾上温泉蛋,口感特別。除了免治雞肉串燒,還點了牛舌串燒,牛舌一點也不會硬,牛舌內裏多汁,燒得剛剛好!另外還叫了伊勢龍蝦海膽湯菜卷,即是把龍蝦包着海膽,再用腐皮卷著然後油炸,口感有咬口,龍蝦肉鮮甜,非常香口!再來便是我們抱有最大期望的A4和牛西冷,果然沒有令我們失望, 和牛非常稔,脂肪比例亦剛剛好,配菜亦非常新鮮!最後我們叫了。。。一來到時已聞到鰻魚的香味,一打開蓋看見鰻魚鋪滿飯面,令人食指大動!這真是令人滿足的一餐!
